We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion where necessary for safety or operational reasons.

3. Bookings

All bookings must be made through our website, contact forms, or direct communication.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

We may require additional information about your pet(s) before confirming a booking.

It is your responsibility to ensure all information provided is accurate and up to date.

4. Payments

Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payment may be required in advance or upon completion of services

  • We accept payment via approved payment methods listed on our website

  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of services.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that plans change.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee

  • No-shows may be charged in full

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if we believe a pet poses a risk to itself, other animals, or our staff.

In the event of an emergency, we will attempt to contact you immediately. If necessary, we may seek veterinary care for your pet, and you will be responsible for any associated costs.

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Ensure your pet is safe, vaccinated (where applicable), and fit for services

  • Provide access to your property if required

  • Supply necessary equipment (e.g. leads, food, medications)

  • Inform us of any changes affecting your booking

8. Liability

We will take all reasonable care in providing our services.

However, to the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing health conditions or unforeseen pet behaviour

  • We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for the services we provide.
